Domestic Orders:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders . Your order will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners, with delivery times typically ranging from 6-12 business days. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability. For remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and certain mountainous regions, delivery may take longer.
In general, most orders arrive within 6-12 business days. If your order takes longer than 12 business days to arrive, you are entitled to receive a £20 gift card to use on your next purchase.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
International Orders:
We ship internationally using reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Canada Post or local couriers. Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses may be canceled, as we require a physical delivery address for international shipments.
APO/FPO Addresses:

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Please be aware that flipdual Displays is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to international shipments. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Shipping Issues:
flipdual Displays is not liable for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by the following:
- Handling Time: 1-3 days processing time.
- Access Issues: Delivery failures due to lack of access or reception at your delivery address.
- Customer Actions: Delays caused by actions such as refusal to accept the package, failure to pay duties or taxes, incorrect address or contact details, or changes to the shipping address after shipment.
- Force Majeure: Delays due to uncontrollable events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or postal service interruptions.
- Legal Issues: Shipments that are confiscated by customs or law enforcement for violations of local regulations.
